Description:
We currently seek a limited number of Assistant General Manager/Managers-in-Training in different regions of the country (specific locations to be discussed in interview). A permanent GM assignment will follow at a select service or full service hotel depending on experience. To qualify for consideration, you must have a minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible, branded hotel experience with at least 1-2 yrs as a General Manager or 2+ years as a department head.
You must also be ready to relocate not just now, but in the future. Remington believes that success at one level should lead to opportunities at the next. Our career professionals know that embracing those opportunities often means moving to a new city. Ability to relocate at least twice in a 2 year period is probable.
Finally, you must be eager for training, mentoring, real responsibilities, exposure to new areas, and the chance to grow into a General Manager job at a Remington hotel.
