| March 2011 | Remington takes over management of 17 new properties as part of a large transaction in which Ashford Hospitality Trust was the winning bidder at a foreclosure auction for a portfolio of 28 properties. The new assignment expands Remington’s reach into two new states, plus Washington, DC, adds two new brands to the company and increases its presence in the world of independent hotels.
