Our portfolio includes over 8,200 rooms, and we fly the flag of 9 prominent hotel brands, in addition to several independent properties and hotel condominiums. - Launches The Gallery™ - Remington's independent collection of luxury resort hotels.
- Honored as the sole management partner supporting full-cross section of Hilton Family Brands.

- Begins re-development of Sea Turtle Inn hotel in Atlantic Beach, Florida to a luxury beach resort and spa
- Became Starwood Preferred Management Company for the following brands: Le Méridien, Westin, Sheraton, Four Points by Sheraton, aloft, Project Extended Stay by Westin.

- Remington principals launch the Initial Public Offering of Ashford Hospitality Trust (ticker symbol: AHT) with $250 million in assets
- By August 2006, Ashford was one of the largest publicly-traded hospitality REITs, with direct investments in over 70 hotels and assets in excess of $1.5 billion

- Pioneers new 150-room "Tier 2" Embassy Suites concept and builds five prototype hotels in Dallas, Austin, Houston, Las Vegas and at Dulles airport in Washington, DC

- Formed a partnership with Fisher Brothers of New York, Gordon Getty and George Soros, and becomes the largest purchaser of RTC hotel properties.
